It is where people from all walks of lives meet and share experiences. It is therefore imperative for us to embrace and enhance inclusivity and sustainability across our properties. Aligned with our Purpose, we want to make a difference by facilitating a more supportive and caring environment at our malls. We launched Inclusion Champions Programme in May 2023 to offer our employees and tenants inclusivity training with the aim of facilitating a more supportive and caring environment that better serves the community, including people with dementia and autism. This initiative builds on the approach of our flagship community investment programme – Inclusive Spaces; which focuses on fostering more inclusive communities via a design conversation around real estate spaces aimed at enhancing physical, functional and social inclusion. With this commitment, we are constantly identifying opportunities to improve accessibility and want to provide activated spaces that help support the digital literacy of our seniors, a key area identified by the seniors themselves during the second edition of Inclusive Spaces.

Other initiatives include reviewing the current infrastructure at our malls to enhance the wayfinding experience and providing inclusive community spaces for a more accessible and comfortable experience for our diverse and multi-generational community.
