It is the recipient of the 2019 SkillsFuture Employer Award and the Aon Hewitt Best Employer award in 2007 (Singapore), 2009 (Singapore & Asia), 2011 (Singapore & Asia) and 2015 (Singapore); as well as the inaugural national Service Excellence award in 2008.
