In this hands-on workshop, we shall we explore the core trends shaping Gen AI, focusing on its ethical usage, privacy and security implications, and how these trends are impacting the business productivity and data protection in the workplace.
We will also be looking at how business professionals can ride on these trends to upskill themselves to become more Gen AI savvy at work.
You will get hands-on experience in using Gen AI ethically to enhance your work productivity through Capabara® Gen AI tools.
About the Speaker
Florence has 30+ years of experience in international and Asia Pacific, including in leadership roles in large enterprise software companies. She has deep knowledge in enterprise resource planning, third party logistics, global customer support and services and training. Florence is currently a senior member of the Learning & Development team at Straits Interactive, where she drives training and development for students, career professionals, and potential career switchers (SSG Career Transition Programmes) in Singapore’s institutions of higher learning, government ministries and agencies, in the areas of personal data protection, data governance, and Generative AI. She also conducts advisories for organisations in starting up their Data Protection Management Programme and Data Governance initiatives, and other certification programmes.
Florence holds a Masters in Business Logistics (MBL) degree from the Curtin University of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Computer Science (ISCS) from the National University of Singapore. She is also an international professional APICS-certified CPIM and CSCP. Her additional certifications include SMU Advanced Diploma in Data Governance and Management, Advanced Certificate in Data Protection Operational Excellence, and Proficient Certified AI Business Professional.
